Grounding Techniques

We really do seem to be experiencing some strange and upsetting times. So much fear surrounds us and it’s critical that we manage to stay grounded and keep an open heart. I thought that this little video might help you to get an idea of how easy it is to keep your energy flowing.
I use this simple grounding techniques myself daily and usually when i am in the shower but didn’t start out that way. When I first began this exercise I suffered terribly from headaches and a real sense of gloom first thing in the morning. It took me most of the morning and sometimes longer to dispel the cloud that had settled over me during my sleep. Until I learnt how to do this in a more basic form. My guides have helped take this to a new level and it’s even more effective. I invite you to experiment, do the exercise for a week and see how you feel, do it for long and be amazed!
My theory is that just following this simple grounding technique will help you feel better, you will cope better with every day “stuff” and then hopefully make better decisions for yourself – resulting in a much better feeling about life in general. Let me know how you get on.
