When I managed The New Age Shop in Hong Kong I sent out a weekly newsletter advertising the coming practitioner – it was pre Facebook! Along with the everyday info I added piece on the Bach or Bush Flower Remedies and as a result would have a number of people who could identify with the description come and buy them.
I first learnt about The Vibrational Power of Flowers when I studied homeopathy with Dr. Yubraj Sharma in London. He was a radical homeopath – didn’t do or teach anything that was simple or classical but he sure knew about the human body and also about vibrational medicine and it fascinated me. We made our own remedies and experimented using them on ourselves. The idea is that the essence of a flower has power and qualities that works on the human energy field, transforming and clearing thoughts and beliefs. Quite literally a miraculous occurring! It’s all about changing vibrations!
One of the most used and known is probably the basic RESCUE REMEDY from Bach (pronounced as Batch) – It does what it says! It’s perfect for this time of year – If you only have one alternative remedy in your house or bag make it this one.
PS- it is amazing for children and pets and acts FAST!
For those who act and think quickly, and have no patience for what they see as the slowness of others. They often prefer to work alone. Teaches empathy and understanding of and patience with others. We’ve found it very fast-acting in alleviating an impatient attitude and lowering stress.
Star of Bethlehem:
For trauma and shock, whether experienced recently or in the past. Teaches the ability to recover from traumas and to integrate them into the present life.
For those who fear losing control of their thoughts and actions and doing things they know are bad for them or which they consider wrong. Teaches trust in one’s spontaneous wisdom and the courage to follow one’s path.
For situations in which one experiences panic or terror.
For those who find their lives unhappy and withdraw into fantasy worlds. They are ungrounded and indifferent to the details of everyday life. Teaches one to establish a bridge between the physical world and the world of ideas; may foster great creativity. Is also used to bring clarity and alertness to the present moment
